			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>By IPS Correspondents  and - -<br />TEGUCIGALPA, Dec 6 2010 (IPS) </p><p>Four provinces in Honduras will begin sustainable development efforts in 2011 for small rural agricultural businesses, financed by 32 million dollars from the Inter-American Development Bank. <span id="more-124373"></span> The five-year project involves the northern provinces of Colón and Gracias a Dios, Olancho in the northeast, and El Paraíso in the south, Agriculture Minister Jacobo Regalado told Tierramérica.</p>
<p>The initiative will reinforce protection for watersheds, management and preservation of natural resources and organic farming, and will foment a productive chain of small agri-businesses to bring their products to market.</p>
