The IPS recognition of Star of the Month is decided by IPS colleagues, choosing who they believe contributed the most to their success during the month.

Mauro went out of his way to help others and was unfailingly cheerful, upbeat, and positive even when the team struggled with delivery dates. Additionally, team members stated that he is organized, efficient and that he worked hard on the right things.
