Apr 26 2012 (IPS) - Problems with providing water to residents in Diepsloot, Johannesburg, prompted IPS to look at the issue at a regional level. Sipho Stuurman asked Southern African Development Community (SADC) water expert, Phera Ramoeli, about the problems the region faced.
