Mauritian farmers get grants for rainwater.

Mar 22 2012 (IPS) -  The Mauritian Government is offering a grants to farmers and breeders willing to set up structures to collect rainwater in their fields. IPS reporter Nasseem Ackbarally says this is due to water shortages attributable to climate change.
