TEGUCIGALPA, Apr 20 2009 (IPS) - The Honduran government has organized training sessions about the production and use of renewable energy, ahead of implementing a series of energy projects in the country's interior over the next six Since mid-April a group of U.S. experts has been sharing techniques for environmental impact assessment, mitigation measures, biodiversity conservation and ongoing monitoring of project in order to prevent environmental degradation, Suyapa Otero, director of the governmental Forest Conservation Institute, told Tierramérica.
